What are your rates?
Our rates start at $150/hour (2-hr minimum). We are committed to providing top quality at the best value for our clients.
Is a deposit required?
A 50% deposit is required to secure your date. Outstanding balances are due no later than 1 week prior to the event start date. Payments can be made with cash, check, or credit card via PayPal.
Are there additional set-up or hidden fees?
No! Our rates and packages are all-inclusive. You should never pay extra for anything relating to sound, lighting, or dj/mc services. There are also no set-up/tear-down fees.
Do you provide contracts and are you insured?
Yes, we are! When booking our services we’ll provide you with a contract that details what to expect for your event. We are fully insured. Ask about our wedding and special event insurance.
How early should we book the event?
As early as possible! To check availability, please contact us using the phone numbers listed on the back of this brochure or email us at info@weddingdaydj.com.
Can we meet with the DJ before the event?
Absolutely! We strive to provide great service and pay careful attention to detail, so even without a personal visit, you will be in good hands. However, if you would like to meet personally, we will arrange a time that is convenient for you.
How much time is required to set up?
Set-up time varies depending on the amount of equipment and location, but it typically ranges between 1-2 hours. However, you will not be billed for time spent setting up.
Can we make special requests?
We are happy to accept any special music requests and will try our best to accommodate them.
Can we request additional time during the event?
Yes, we can extend the duration of your event (subject to availability). Additional time is charged at an hourly rate.
Can I pay online?
We accept credit card and bank payments through Paypal. To arrange for online payment, please make arrangements with John by calling 505.261.1015.
